Transcripts
All Grade 12 students will verify their transcripts for accuracy of the course information in November and May when the Ministry sends out Transcript Verification Reports to all schools. The TVR assumes you will pass all courses you are currently taking. If you are not on track to graduate, the TVR will specify which requirements have not been met. Be sure to ask your school counselor to review and verify the data on your TVVR if there are any problems. Otherwise, your TVR must be signed and returned to your counselor.
Post-Secondary Institute Choices
In March you will receive a PSI Choices Form. Your transcripts will be sent for free to all the B.C PSIs you have applied to listed in Section 1 if you mark an X in the box. You may identify two other Canadian PSIs in Section 2. After that, theres a $5 per PSI fee.
Your interim marks (term 2) and final marks for courses completed at the grade 11 and 12 level will be sent to the institutions you selected in B.C., and the Ontario Universities Application Centre in early May. The Ontario universities will also review your interim marks if you record 888 as one of your choices in Section 2.
Your final marks (end of July) will be sent to all the institutions you have indicated on your PSI form.
*Remember to sign your PSI form otherwise your marks cannot be sent.
